Tai Chi with Linda Cafiero

An ancient Chinese exercise to promote health and longevity through gentle, flowing movements.

Grades 4 and up.  Race against your friends in a Mario Kart 8 tournament.

Welcome to Open Game Night. Please bring your own game and your group of four; we will supply a well lit room with a standard card table and chairs. One table per group. One reservation per POB resident.

Although the title is “advanced” we cater to all levels of players, and beginners are encouraged to attend due to the engaging listening sessions and conversations we incorporate each week.

In this weekly lesson students will learn basic skills and beyond. Subjects covered will include the physical properties of the instrument, how to interpret and read tablature and chord boxes, and how to play 2 to 4 chord songs.

Grades K-4.  This workshop features a variety of age-appropriate circus skills, including juggling, plate spinning, balancing, and diabolo manipulation, stilt-walking with the National Circus Project. 

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Karin Fuscaldo will lead you seamlessly through a string of poses.

Grades 5-12.  Waffle chunks will be freshly made and then dipped and decorated.  Dips and toppings will include melted chocolate, sprinkles, cinnamon sugar, caramel, chocolate chips, and more.
