In this 90-minute class, Corrina will walk you through a full demonstration on how to create a stunning cheese and charcuterie board and a fruit and dessert board from start to finish. Learn how to cut and style different cheeses, pair them with complementary meats, fruits, and accompaniments, and get expert tips on presentation and flavor pairings. Whether you're hosting a party or just love cheese, this class is sure to inspire and impress!
