In these 12-week Kettlebell Circuit classes, you will learn foundational moves and hand grips, build your strength and muscle definition, improve your cardiorespiratory fitness and energy levels, and enhance your flexibility, balance and power.
In-Person Registration is Required - Open to All - Tuesday, March 1, 2022 - 20 person limit.
Materials needed:
2 Kettlebells of varying weight (e.g., 5 & 10 pounds should be the individual’s choice) -
Yoga mat and towel
Water bottle
