Pilates with Karen Cipolla

Pilates is a flowing sequence of exercises designed to stretch and strengthen muscles without adding bulk.

The U.S. space program’s development from the breaking of the sound barrier to selection of the Mercury 7 astronauts, from a group of test pilots with a more seat-of-the-pants approach than the program’s more cautious engineers preferred.

Public invited.

Grades 8-12.

Ages 12 months to 4 years(no Kindergartners) with an adult. Enjoy musical warm-ups, obstacle courses, fun inflatables, and other fine and gross motor skill activities. Dress in comfortable clothes.

In this six-lesson beginner class, we will learn crocheting technique and will be creating a small tote bag.
Materials required: G hook and 3 balls of worsted weight variegated yarn.
