Kettlebell Circuit Exercise Classes with Maria Ende
In these Kettlebell Circuit classes, you will learn foundational moves and hand grips, build your strength and muscle definition, improve your cardiorespiratory fitness and energy levels, and enhance your flexibility, balance and power.
Materials needed:
2 Kettlebells of varying weight (e.g., 5 & 10 pounds should be the individual’s choice)
Yoga mat and towel
Water bottle
Self medical clearance is required.
**In-Person or Online Registration is Required**
$52 registration fee payable by check only for in-person registration or $53.86 registration fee payable by credit card online (includes small service charge)
Registration begins:
Wednesday, May 13– for POB residents
Wednesday, May 20 – for non-residents
