The course is designed to provide students with the necessary English skills to function in an English speaking country.

Ages 18 months to 5 years with an accompanying adult. This program features a mixture of stories, crafts and musical activities. For safety reasons, no younger or older siblings.

Pilates with Karen Cipolla

Pilates is a flowing sequence of exercises designed to stretch and strengthen muscles without adding bulk.

Ages 6 months to 5 years old with accompanying adult(s). This themed program includes rhymes, books, music, dancing, and other activities.

Grades K and up with accompanying adult. Join us on this interactive children's program to learn how Bearded Dragon's adapt to their native land of the arid desert of Australia.

Floor, Core and More with Mindy Vasta

Strengthen your core by performing abdominal and back exercises.  Become stronger, improve alignment and flexibility by safely stretching all muscle groups.  H

Grades K-4. Children will have an assortment of treats to create their own snowman cookies and enjoy a fun game.
