Grades 5-12.  Tweens and teens will learn yoga postures and breathing exercises while having the opportunity to relax and refocus.  Each month will be a new class for participants to expand their skills and techniques.  Additionally

Ages 3-5 including Kindergartners with accompanying adult. Children will paint their own floral wreath, use paper punches, and a wide variety of papers to decorate it as well.
