Stretch and Balance class can help to Improve flexibility, stability and posture through gentle, controlled movements suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications are provided. Class begins with mindful, gentle movements and breathwork to prepare your muscles and joints for deeper stretches. In addition, balance and core work are added to enhance your stability, coordination and body awareness. Class concludes with relaxation techniques --leaving you feeling calm and centered.
 

Self medical clearance is required.  

**Open to all - In-Person Registration is Required**
