Kettlebell Circuit Exercise Classes with Maria Ende

In these Kettlebell Circuit classes, you will learn foundational moves and hand grips, build your strength and muscle definition, improve your cardiorespiratory fitness and energy levels, and enhance your flexibility, balance and power. 

Materials needed:

2 Kettlebells of varying weight (e.g., 5 & 10 pounds should be the individual’s choice) 

Yoga mat and towel

Water bottle

Self medical clearance is required.  

**Open to all - In-Person Registration is Required**

Registration begins:

Tuesday, February 11– for POB residents

Tuesday, February 18– for non-residents

Fee:  $40.00 payable by check only

**Note - May 19th will be a makeup session if needed.
