Event Details

In these Kettlebell Circuit classes, you will learn foundational moves and hand grips, build your strength and muscle definition, improve your cardiorespiratory fitness and energy levels, and enhance your flexibility, balance and power. 

In-Person Registration is Required 

Materials needed:

2 Kettlebells of varying weight (e.g., 5 & 10 pounds should be the individual’s choice) 

Yoga mat and towel

Water bottle

Open to all - In-Person Registration is Required

Registration begins:

Wednesday, February 21 – for POB residents

Wednesday, February 28 – for non-residents

Fee:  $40.00 payable by check only

**Note - May 13 will be a makeup session if needed.
