Floor, Core and More with Mindy Vasta
Strengthen your core by performing abdominal and back exercises. Become stronger, improve alignment and flexibility by safely stretching all muscle groups. Hand held weights are used to increase total body strength. An exercise band is utilized to help stretch each muscle group. Exercises will be executed on the floor... MODIFICATIONS are made for those participants who would like to remain seated.
Equipment:
Mat - proper cushioning
Weights - strength
Band (or towel) - stretching
Water and proper footwear highly recommended.
Self medical clearance is required.
**Open to all - In-Person Registration is Required**
Registration begins:
Wednesday, May 22 – for POB residents
Wednesday, May 29 – for non-residents
Fee: $32.00 payable by check only
**Note - August 23 will be a makeup session if needed.
