Program Description

Event Details

Strengthen your core by performing abdominal and back exercises.  Become stronger, improve alignment and flexibility by safely stretching all muscle groups.  Hand held weights are used to increase total body strength.  An exercise band is utilized to help stretch each muscle group.  Exercises will be executed on the floor... MODIFICATIONS are made for those participants who would like to remain seated. 

Equipment:

Mat - proper cushioning

Weights - strength

Band (or towel) - stretching

Water and proper footwear highly recommended.

Self medical clearance is required.  

 

IN-PERSON REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

Fee:  $40 FOR 10 SESSIONS payable by CHECK ONLY 

Registration begins Wednesday, February 21 for residents and Wednesday, February 28 for non-residents. 

**Note - May 31 will be a make-up session, if needed.
