Floor, Core and More with Mindy Vasta
Strengthen your core by performing abdominal and back exercises. Become stronger, improve alignment and flexibility by safely stretching all muscle groups. Hand held weights are used to increase total body strength. An exercise band is utilized to help stretch each muscle group. Exercises will be executed on the floor... MODIFICATIONS are made for those participants who would like to remain seated.
Equipment:
Mat - proper cushioning
Weights - strength
Band (or towel) - stretching
Water and proper footwear highly recommended.
Self medical clearance is required.
In person or Online Registration is required
$32 registration fee payable by check only for in-person registration or $33.26 registration fee payable by credit card online (includes small service charge)
