Although the title is “advanced” we cater to all levels of players, and beginners are encouraged to attend due to the engaging listening sessions and conversations we incorporate each week.

Simply Stronger with Mindy Vasta

Learn how to build muscular strength and endurance safely and effectively, improving posture and slowing bone loss. 

Dancercise with Carol Rodriguez

Lose inches while having fun dancing.

Self medical clearance is required.  

To meet, socialize and watch a movie.

Ages 2-4 with accompanying adult. Rock the Block program offers toys to provide the kids with the opportunity to be creative, improve fine and gross-motor skills, build, develop an appreciation for how things work, and all while having fun!

Kettlebell Circuit Exercise Classes with Maria Ende

In these Kettlebell Circuit classes, you will learn foundational moves and hand grips, build your strength and muscle definition, improve your cardiorespiratory fitness and energy

In this weekly lesson students will learn basic skills and beyond. Subjects covered will include the physical properties of the instrument, how to interpret and read tablature and chord boxes, and how to play 2 to 4 chord songs.

The course is designed to provide students with the necessary English skills to function in an English speaking country.

Ages 6 months to 5 years with accompanying adults. (No 1st graders) We sing, we dance, and we jam with real musical instruments.

Pilates with Karen Cipolla

Pilates is a flowing sequence of exercises designed to stretch and strengthen muscles without adding bulk.

To help people with enrollment

Ages 12 months to 4 years(no Kindergartners) with an adult. Enjoy musical warm-ups, obstacle courses, fun inflatables, and other fine and gross motor skill activities. Dress in comfortable clothes.

Ages 6 months to 5 years with accompanying adults. (No 1st graders) We sing, we dance, and we jam with real musical instruments.

Grades 5-12.  Use a simple sewing technique to create these adorable stuffies.  All registered participants are asked to pick up a craft kit, in the Family Center, containing the materials that will be needed to complete this program.&nb

Grades K-4. Children will enjoy this project which combines paint, papers, and a little surprise for the snow.

Welcome to Open Game Day. Please bring your own game and your group of four; we will supply a well lit room with a standard card table and chairs. One table per group. One reservation per POB resident.

Ages 3 to 5 (No Kindergartners) with accompanying adult. Adults are welcome to create an art project and listen to a story with their preschoolers.
