Grades 5-12.  Tweens and teens will learn yoga postures and breathing exercises while having the opportunity to relax and refocus.  Each month will be a new class for participants to expand their skills and techniques.  Additionally

Grades 5-12.   Take a bite and experience an explosion of tantalizing tastes!  Learn how to make the pretzel dough and delicious fillings from scratch.  Fillings will include s'mores, cinnamon and apple, chocolate, cinnamo
