Art historians have known about the Cupid's existence since an X-ray analysis in 1979, of Johannes Vermeer’s ‘Girl Reading a Letter at an Open Window.’   In this in-person presentation, Professor Thomas Germano, will focus on the context of Vermeer’s related life and work.
