St. Francis Hospital Outreach Bus

St. Francis Hospital and Heart Center Community Health and Outreach is offering free health screenings at the Library!  The screening includes a brief cardiac history, blood pressure and a simple blood test for cholesterol and diabetes for adults 18 and older. We also provide patient education and referrals. No appointment is required.
