Jackie Gleason and Holidays with the Honeymooners– In-person lecture

The Honeymooners is an iconic television program that has been in syndication for more than fifty years. This program takes us through the history of the show and includes rare photographs of the show and its stars. After the presentation, we will screen two “Lost Honeymooners Holiday” programs as well as their classic half hour “T’was the Night before Christmas” from the “Classic 39” run of shows. We will see Jackie showcase many of his non-Honeymooners characters, hear and see part of the Dorsey Brothers nightclub act and enjoy some classic laughs. An autograph and book display are included.
