In this workshop, presenter Gloria Drewitz will teach us how to maximize our energy and flourish in mind, body, and spirit in every chapter of life.  This program will demonstrate the tools, strategies, and mindfulness basics that support resiliency.  Learn how to break patterns of boredom and isolation, how to keep a positive attitude through health challenges and lifestyle adjustments and how to rekindle joy after losses.
