FREE GOVERNMENT SMART PHONE - In-Person 20-Minute Appointment Each

The Government is giving away (one per household) a FREE Smart Phone with unlimited talk and text plus data and hotspot to patrons that qualify.  The following requirements are needed:

Government picture ID and current letter of benefit for ONE of the following:

Food Stamps Snap

Medicaid

Social Security SSI

Section 8 (Federal Public Housing Assistance)

Veterans and Survivor Pension Benefit

Eligibility Via Income Level – last 3 consecutive paystubs, last year’s income tax return form or W2 form

Phones will be distributed at appointment if qualifications are met.
