Emotional and Physical Health Series – Building Great Communication & Deepening Our Connection with Others– In-person lecture

Learn how to break down emotional walls and improve communication through the use of Imago dialogue, the practice of seeing things from another’s point of view.  Presenter Carol Leitner will guide us through this practice, and teach us how to see someone else deeply and make them feel seen—to accurately know another person, to let them feel valued, heard, and understood so that we may foster deeper connections at home, at work, and throughout our lives.
