Entering grades 5-12.  Color and create fun bookmarks that will be displayed and given out to children who visit the Family Center.  All registered participants are asked to pick up a craft kit, in the Family Center, containing

Entering grades 5-12.  Tweens and teens will have the opportunity to make cards, both holiday and all season, for children and teens receiving treatment in hospitals. 

Entering grades 5-12.  Tweens and teens will have the opportunity to earn community service credit by coloring for Color A Smile.  As described on the organizations website, "Color A Smile

Entering grades 5-12.  Tweens and teens will have the opportunity to assist the guests of the Interfaith Nutrition Network (The INN) in Hempstead through our new travel size toiletry program.

Entering grades 5-12.  Turn cans and bottles into community service hours by returning deposit bottles to a local supermarket.  Simply return the cans and bottles and then email a photo of the bottle return receipt to familycenter@poblib
