Simply Stronger with Mindy Vasta

Learn how to build muscular strength and endurance safely and effectively, improving posture and slowing bone loss. 

Registration is Required

Ages 2-4 with accompanying adult. Rock the Block program offers toys to provide the kids with the opportunity to be creative, improve fine and gross-motor skills, build, develop an appreciation for how things work, and all while having fun!

In these Kettlebell Circuit classes, you will learn foundational moves and hand grips, build your strength and muscle definition, improve your cardiorespiratory fitness and energy levels, and enhance your flexibility, balance and power.&nb

Registration is Required

Ages 12 months to 4 years(no Kindergartners) with an adult. Enjoy musical warm-ups, obstacle courses, fun inflatables, and other fine and gross motor skill activities. Dress in comfortable clothes.

Grades 5-12.  Make popping chocolate with cookie cutter shapes and create your own delicious and popping treat.  Due to the perishable nature of this program, please register and pick up the kit by Wednesday, May 8, 2024.

Grades 5-12.  Color and create fuzzy bookmarks that will be displayed and given out to children who visit the Family Center.  All registered participants are asked to pick up a craft kit, in the Family Center, containing three
