In these Kettlebell Circuit classes, you will learn foundational moves and hand grips, build your strength and muscle definition, improve your cardiorespiratory fitness and energy levels, and enhance your flexibility, balance and power.&nb

Ages 6 months to 5 years old with accompanying adult(s). This themed program includes rhymes, books, music, dancing, and other activities.

Pilates with Debra Tassone

Pilates is a flowing sequence of exercises designed to stretch and strengthen muscles without adding bulk

Ages 6 months to 5 years with accompanying adults. (No 1st graders) We sing, we dance, and we jam with real musical instruments.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Karin Fuscaldo will lead you seamlessly through a string of poses.

Strengthen your core by performing abdominal and back exercises.  Become stronger, improve alignment and flexibility by safely stretching all muscle groups.  Hand held weights are used to increase total body strength. 

Tai Chi with Linda Cafiero

An ancient Chinese exercise to promote health and longevity through gentle, flowing movements.

Welcome to Open Game Day. Please bring your own game and your group of four; we will supply a well lit room with a standard card table and chairs. One table per group. One reservation per POB resident.

Grades 2-4. Children will explore various yoga activities and painting techniques. Each participant will leave this program with a completed painted canvas. Dress for a mess.

Grades 5-12.  Tweens and teens will select from a variety of wooden crafts to paint and then take part in a friendly artistic competition.  One participant will receive a $10.00 gift card.

Grades K-4. Join A Mano Baking Company as they use their award winning dark chocolate brownie recipe to make your own blizzard brownies to take home and bake. This makes the perfect dessert to warm you up this winter.

Open Game Night- Plainview Residents- you may bring the game of your choice. Please bring the game of your choice
