Strengthen your core by performing abdominal and back exercises. Become stronger, improve alignment and flexibility by safely stretching all muscle groups. Hand held weights are used to increase total body strength.
Grades 2 and up. We'll supply the Lego pieces and you supply the creativity. Join us to freely imagine and build to your heart's content!
ALL PROGRAMS ARE AGE SPECIFIC. NO YOUNGER OR OLDER SIBLINGS UNLESS SPECIFIED. The library holds the right to remove a participant from a program if they do not meet the registration requirements.
*All programs start promptly and no one will be permitted after 10 minutes. Please call to cancel if your child cannot attend the program. Failure to do so will lead you to be placed on the waiting list for future programs.*
