Grades 5-12.  Tweens and teens will learn yoga postures and breathing exercises while having the opportunity to relax and refocus.  Each month will be a new class for participants to expand their skills and techniques.  Additionally

Ages 3-5 with accompanying adult. Kids will enjoy creating a family of little owls using foil, Model Magic clay, and mixed materials. Based on the original picture book by Amy Krause Rosenthal and Jen Corace.
