Inclement Weather Closing - January 25 - January 26

Due to the inclement weather the Library will be closed all day, Sunday, January 25 and Monday, January 26. 

All program registration and ticket pick up for adult programs will now take place on Tuesday, January 27 . This includes ticket pick up for the BluePrint Blue concert for all, and registration for the program "All About Selling Online" (open for all) and "Jewelry Workshop – Illusion Necklace" for POB Residents.

Event Details

Golden milk, or turmeric latte, is a warm, soothing drink with an aromatic, earthy flavor similar to chai tea.  This workshop, led by Lora Kasselman, PhD, MPH, will feature a discussion of different herbs that are used to make golden milk – turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon – and their properties.  As a class, we will make a batch of golden milk to drink. Then each participant will make their own golden milk mix to bring home and enjoy. 

In-person registration required - beginning Wednesday, September 25 for POB residents.

Non-residents may register beginning Wednesday, October 2, space permitting.
