Drinking enough water each day is crucial for many reasons including regulating body temperature, keeping joints lubricated, preventing infections, delivering nutrients to cells, and keeping organs functioning properly.  Proper hydration also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood.  Presenter Carol Leitner will inform us about the effects of dehydration on the body, and all of the health benefits of being fully hydrated.
