Want to “WOW” your guests with an amazing appetizer?  Join us for a delicious evening as The Charcuterie Queen, Corrina Cafarelli, demonstrates how to assemble a professional charcuterie board.  Corrina will assemble three different types of boards – one meatless, one traditional and one aperitivo (Italian style) board.  Guests will be able to sample each board at the conclusion of the program.
